PAYMENT OPTIONS

CuliQuip.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.

No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization. Items must be new, unused and in the original package. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items will be inspected before credit is issued. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus freight.

Not all items are in stock, some items need to be special ordered and are subject to availability. All special orders for non-stock merchandise cannot be cancelled or returned.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include freight charges. Delivery, assembly, and installation are available at additional cost. If there is a price increase on your order you will be notified before you order is processed.

Taxes vary by state and county and will be added to your invoice as required by law. Even though CuliQuip may not have a physical presence in your state, many or our manufacturers do and are obligated to add the respective sales tax or fee when the product is shipped direct to you. These taxes will be added to your invoice and become part of the total sale price.

Return Policy

General Returns Policy

You may return new and unopened items sold by CuliQuip.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items require prior authorization from CuliQuip before they can be returned. CuliQuip will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items being returned due to a customer error in ordering or handling will be subject to a restocking fee and freight charge. Read CuliQuip’s full General Returns Policy for information on exchanges, and for further details and policy exceptions.

You should expect to receive your refund upon receipt of the product in CuliQuip’s distribution centers. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we've received it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items That Are Not Returnable

CuliQuip.com DOES NOT accept returns of the following items:

  • Items from orders older than 30 days.
  • Hazardous items that are gas-powered or contain flammable liquids. These items will say "This item cannot be returned" on their product detail page.
  • Custom merchandise.
  • Grocery or perishable products.
  • Items that have obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
  • Any item not in the original manufacturer's packaging.

Partial Refunds

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

Special ordered items, which are subject to any restocking fees assessed by the manufacturers. Items returned under the manufacturer's warranty will be subject to the condition of the warranty.

Exchanges & Warranties

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, fill out the return request form and Customer Service will call or email you with authorization. In the appropriate box on the Return Form, indicate the reason for the return. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item. Then place another order for the item you wish to purchase or contact Customer Service to have them place the new order. The returned product must be in good and sellable condition. If the item is used and faulty, we will contact the manufacturer to verify the conditions of the warranty. CuliQuip will only honor the manufacturer's warranty.

Large Items Shipped By Specialty Carriers

We are happy to accept returns for large items that are shipped via our LTL (Less than Load) Common carriers. These items do require a special type of return. If you need to return an item shipped via an LTL carrier, complete a return request form and Customer Service will call or email you with authorization. We will follow up with instructions for returning the item. Note: Returns that are not the result of our error will be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Policy

CuliQuip can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so be sure to check out our Shipping Restrictions section.

Delivery Time

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order confirmation screen. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation email and in the order summary in My Account.

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs for orders from CuliQuip.com depend upon the method and option you choose.
If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, freight will be charged for each shipment.

Shipping Rates

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Some larger items are dimension based and freight will be charged based on the dimensional weight.

In many instances, the carrier will deliver your order to your entrance or designated delivery area. Other larger items or orders are delivered by a common carrier. For these items, a loading dock is needed. If one is not available, delivery personnel will bring your order to the tailgate of the truck and you are responsible for unloading the items and bringing them into your building.

Our fulfillment: To serve our customers more efficiently, CuliQuip.com has several different distribution centers located across the United States. These centers often house different types of products and they may ship separately, depending on where they happen to be located.

Items requiring special shipping and handling: Items that require special shipping and handling, such as items that are large and/or heavy, will be subject to an additional fee for delivery.

Direct shipments: Some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer and will be in a separate shipment from those coming from our distribution centers.

Your default shipping address: Make sure you provide a street address for us to ship to. We cannot use a P.O. Box for deliveries.

Your payment information: You may want to update your default credit card number and expiration date to make sure they are current.

Shipping Restrictions

You'll be notified while placing your order if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected or by a specific mode of shipment you have chosen. Below are some general guidelines for items shipped by CuliQuip.com to the following destinations and for the following item classes:

  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • U.S. Protectorates (including Puerto Rico)
  • Airports
  • International shipping
  • Hazardous material

Alaska and Hawaii Addresses

Most items can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses, except:

  • Food items
  • Hazardous materials

Check the item's product detail page for eligibility and available shipping options. Only specific shipping options may be available for some addresses. Available shipping options will appear at checkout when you enter a shipping address.

  • Furniture
  • Food items
  • Hazardous material

Airports

CuliQuip will deliver to airports but some of them may require special clearance to restricted areas. Some may also require a scheduled delivery with advanced notice.

Availability

Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you click the Place your order button and receive email confirmation that we've received your order.
Once the items you ordered are in stock, we'll package and ship them to you. Most orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of the items being in stock. For more information about our availability estimates, please refer to the list below. The availability estimate does not include the time your order will take to reach you once we ship it. Shipping time depends upon the shipping option you choose. When you add items to your cart, you will see either an estimated shipment date or an estimated delivery date displayed on the final page, just before you submit your order. Once you've placed your order, you'll be able to see the delivery date estimate in the order confirmation email and in the relevant order summary in My Account.

Delivery Estimates

Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment, and the availability time listed on a product's detail page.

Our Shipping Methods

Note: There is no weekend pickup for any method of shipping. There is weekend delivery for Next Day Air, so take this into consideration when calculating the delivery date. Next Day Air: Your shipment will arrive the day after you place your order. Next day deliveries can be delivered Monday through Saturday. Orders must be placed by 3:00 EST.

Second Day Air: Your shipment will arrive two days after you place your order. Second day deliveries can be delivered Monday through Friday. Orders must be placed by 3:00 EST Third Day Select: Your shipment will arrive three days after you place your order. Three day deliveries can be delivered Monday through Friday. Orders must be placed by 3:00 EST

Standard Ground: Your order will ship within 48 hours and will arrive in the standard number of transit days from our Distribution Centers or the manufacturer.

LTL Ground: Your order will ship within 48 hours and will arrive in the standard number of transit days from our Distribution Centers or the manufacturer. LTL (Less Than Load) shipments are for orders exceeding 200 pounds and require a scheduled delivery.

LTL Ground with Liftgate Service: Your order will ship within 48 hours and will arrive in the standard number of transit days from our Distribution Centers or the manufacturer. LTL (Less Than Load) shipments with liftgate service are for orders exceeding 200 pounds and require a scheduled delivery with offloading assistance. Our carriers offer a liftgate service for those who are unable to assist with offloading of their purchase at delivery. The standard freight tractor-trailer trucks don't have liftgates, so your order will be transferred to a smaller truck with a liftgate. This will get your order to the ground behind the truck, at which point you will need to have a handtruck, dolly, or assistance with the delivery.

Tracking Information

You can click on the tracking number to obtain the status of your shipment. If you don't see any tracking information for your shipment and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.

After the Estimated Delivery Date

If you order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, it may be lost. Orders shipped via a trackable method (such as FedEx or UPS) will have tracking information available in My Account. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:

Tracking information indicates the package has been delivered: Please check with your family members or neighbors. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors or building managers, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.

Tracking information indicates the package is undeliverable: If the package is being returned to us or if the delivery address is incorrect, please contact us.

No tracking information available: If you can't locate any tracking or delivery information about your package, please contact us. Please confirm the correct shipping address when writing to us about lost packages.

Items Shipped by CuliQuip Vendors

If you ordered an item fulfilled by a CuliQuip vendor, we will estimate the delivery date; however, you will need to contact us if you do not receive your shipment within the expected time frame. You can find contact information via the order summary page in My Account.

Do I have to sign for my Order? Do we want a driver release agreement?

For your package safety, it is best to have someone available to sign for your order during the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays (UPS may deliver to residential addresses up to 7:00 p.m.). If no one is available and you would like the driver to leave your shipment, please see below for the Driver Release Agreement. In certain instances, your order may not be suitable for driver release. The driver will leave a note with instructions on how to receive your order, or you will be contacted for a redelivery. All replacement orders will require a signature.
